Nihar puts love and ambition on the same track with “Bankroll”

Los Angeles-based R&B and hip-hop singer Nihar adds a unique emotional touch to his latest single, “Bankroll,” being released via Vibration Music Group. It’s a song about going after money and love in tandem, built on warm West Coast R&B textures, melodic hooks, and rap cadence.

“Bankroll” is a shout-out of amorous longing. Rather than simply focusing on financial ambition, Nihar puts the desire for prosperity alongside the yearning for real connection, creating an emotional tension that gives the track its personality.

The music features an engaging sound grounded in warm, bass-driven West Coast R&B, providing a strong framework for Nihar’s melodic approach. The rap cadence he employs adds another layer, letting the song flow from contemporary R&B to hip hop without losing its emotional core.

What makes the release stand out is the influence of 2000s Bollywood music. Nihar adds another cultural dimension to the track's music, drawing on the romantic sensibilities associated with Ajay-Atul and Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy. Those influences help produce an emotive richness that gives “Bankroll” a different feel than more traditional genre offerings.
