During a special bonus episode of the Chef's Choice podcast, The Warning served up insider information on the making of "Keep Me Fed," infusing it with humor, passion, and sibling chemistry. The sisters likened their approach to creativity to a finely tuned engine, and every member was just as integral to the powerful, seamless sound the band created.

The result is a 12-track album that serves as a sonic rollercoaster, swinging widely from anthemic hooks to dark, cinematic themes. Standout tracks like "Six Feet Deep" and "Apologize" give a glimpse into the band's evolving sound, with haunting melodies, blistering solos, and emotionally tinged lyrics that will leave fans wanting more.

Shortly after an extensive tour, The Warning prepares for a big US tour before joining Evanescence and Halestorm in Canada. They also have a notable opening slot for Avril Lavigne in Paris.

Once again, The Warning proves in "Keep Me Fed" that they are a force to be reckoned with in the rock scene. So give the album a spin now, and brace yourself to be consumed by its phenomenal sound.
