Josh Rifkin shares a soulful journey through love, loss, and timeless storytelling, "Lancaster Road"

Josh Rifkin releases the new album Lancaster Road, a captivating new album filled with personal and relatable songs that blend heartfelt Storytelling with soft rock textures and blue-eyed soul influences. Lancaster Road is now available on all major streaming platforms. It is a vibrant sonic odyssey that echoes long after the last note fades.

"Lancaster Road" is the album's emotional core, reflecting themes of nostalgia, love, and personal transformation, inspired by a poignant drive with his father, who has passed away. Rifkin's ear for captivating vulnerability also stands out on tracks such as "Got It Wrong" and "Wandering," where his poetic lyrics and stirring melodies build an immersive soundscape. Standouts like "Ready" and "30 Days" further prove Rifkin's knack for creating songs that seem to come from his private poetry book but also feel relatable.

Grammy-winning producer Leonardo Marques contributes to the album's unique sonic personality, lending an organic warmth to the production. Thanks to Keith Armstrong's fine engineering, the album manages to sound both polished and raw at the same time.

An actual collab effort, Lancaster Road features an all-star lineup of guest vocalists, including Jennifer Souza, Bart Davenport, Miranda Lee Richards, Niki J Crawford, Annie Little, and Adam Elk of The Mommyheads. Their contributions deepen and enliven the harmonies in  an abundant Rifkin composition, making the album a richly layered listening experience.

Lancaster Road, with 10 tracks totaling 32 minutes and 28 seconds, isn't just an album; it's an invocation to reflect, feel, and connect. Arcade Robots invite listeners on this journey, and the album is now available to stream: Listen Here.
