Night Wolf and Lois Powell unleash a thrilling new single "Death of the Wolf"

Dynamic music comes to life when two distinct musical styles merge. The same can be said of Night Wolf and Lois Powell in their song, "Death of the Wolf." Their friendship was born out of coincidence at an open mic night, when Bedford-based producer Night Wolf and Norfolk singer-songwriter Lois Powell recruited the two. This spontaneous reunion has led to a song with scales both intimate and grand.

"Death of the Wolf" is a genuine collaboration. Night Wolf began with some partially written lyrics, and then Lois Powell helped take the creation a little further down the line toward completion!. The result is a track that sounds very full and lush, leading listeners on a journey of varied emotions with ease. The production blends electronic vibes with real instruments, creating a musical space that is both expansive and intimate. This release is special, not only as a follow-up to their first collaboration. Night Wolf now officially releases music by himself (independently) on his own label called EscaVolt Records. This new freedom gives it a creative honesty that keeps the song sounding fresh. Although Lois's voice is not about to be overpowered, her and Night Wolf's complex sound gels perfectly, and her approach has both strength and fragile sensitivity.

"Death of the Wolf" serves as a testament to what can occur when like-minded artists meet. It's the kind of song that sticks with you long after you've heard it, a reminder that the best collaborations feel as if they could only be made between artists who share some true emotional space, even if they're in two different parts of the world. Fans of either artist should discover something fresh and engaging, while uninitiated listeners will hear a partnership that can spin profound feelings into small wonders.
