Weston Estate unveils new single, "Petra"

Weston Estate just wrote its next anthem. The North Carolina-based quintet, affectionately calling themselves "ya aunty's favorite boy band," returns with their latest single, "Petra," a bittersweet dive into the intoxicating highs and inevitable lows of love.

Opening with glowing, sun-drenched guitar riffs, rich basslines, and twinkling synths, "Petra" lures you into an immersive, warm, and wistful soundscape. As co-vocalists Manas Panchavati, Tanmay Joshi, and Marco Luka weave their silky harmonies over Srikar Nanduri's intricate guitar work and Abhi Manhass' lush production, the song swells into an aching confession of infatuation and loss.

"Well, I found peace of mind in you, baby. Tell me, is there something you can do now? It's only you, you," they croon in the chorus, a moment that encapsulates the euphoria of love just before it slips away. The vulnerability in their delivery makes "Petra" more than just a breakup song. It's a profoundly relatable experience wrapped in dreamy, genre-blurring production.

Weston Estate continues to carve out its own lane, seamlessly blending indie, R&B, and alternative influences into something unmistakably its own. With "Petra," it proves once again that it's not just making music but moments that linger long after the last note fades.
