Arcy Drive shares new single, "The Itch"

Arcy Drive. Here they are with the new single "The Itch," a song that has been sewing for years but finally makes its full-circle appearance ahead of their debut studio album, The Pit, which is out April 18th.

A passing thought in front man Nick MateyunaMateyunas'Mateyunas'-old head, "Too young to be working, and too old to be bitching” grew into a road-torn manifesto on uncertainty and growth and surging through lives. It is a building track that takes snapshots of youth over the years, from existential musings to sneaking into hotels to grab a continental breakfast while on tour. It culminates in a chorus that feels like a guiding hand on the shoulder, encouraging a younger self to take that leap of faith and trust where this ride goes.

Sonically, "The Itch"  is a " ll-throttle, windows-down, scream it in the car type of song. Arcy Drive serves up its signature blend of raw vocals, electric energy, and a rhythm section that whims like a punch clock at the end of a long shift. It's what fans have come to love from a band that has always lived for the truth.
